It was very intense and a lot of hardwork, but brilliant. He is an amazing, inspiring teacher and a truly lovely human being. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to spend the week learning from him and I am looking forward to sharing what I learned with those of you who attend my astanga classes. Look forward to seeing you all next week.
